Katie was preceded in death by her husband: Kenneth Lawrence Sr. and her parents: Jack & Kitty mae, nee Assiter, Farley. She is survived by her son: Kenneth (Jolanda) Lawrence Jr. of Maryland Heights, MO., her grandchildren: Kenneth (Lindsay) Lawrence III, Michael Wayne (Stephanie) Lawrence & Joshua Kirkpatrick, her great grandchildren: Michael Wayne Lawrence Jr., William Lawrence, Hailee Lawrence & Avery Lawrence, her sisters: Louise Doty & Maria Turner, she is also survived by other relatives & friends. Katie retired as an office manager for AKZO Chemical Company in Alorton, IL. She was a member of the VFW Ladies Auxiliary Post 6368 in Dupo, IL. and she was past president of the Auxiliary. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Muscular Dystrophy.
