Justin Patrick Stanka's Obituary
Justin Patrick Stanka, 28, of Dupo, IL, passed away on Friday, October 27, 2023 at Touchette Regional Hospital, Centreville, IL. He was born October 11, 1995, in Belleville, IL.
He enjoyed going fishing, camping, boating, doing tough mudder races with his dad and spending time with his cats.
He is survived by his Mother, Casey (Terry) Asher, his father, John Herman Stanka, Jr., his brother, Jonathan (Lorianna) Stanka, his step-brother, Thomas Asher, his niece, Leah Stanka, his nephew, Jaxon Stanka, his grandmother, Susan Stanka, his grandfather, Patrick O'Brien, his aunts; Jennifer O'Brien and Connor Lott (O’Brien), his nephews; Landon Renaud and Adam Renaud, his cousin, Christine O'Brien, along with other aunts, uncles, other relatives and many dear friends.
He was preceded in death by his grandmother, Christine O'Brien, his grandfater, John Stanka, Sr., and his uncle, Shane O'Brien.
Visitation will be Wednesday, November 1, 2023, 5:00 pm - 7:00 pm, at Leesman Funeral Home - Dupo, IL. Services will be held , Wednesday, November 1, 2023 7:00 pm, with Rev. Jim Jarvis officiating.
In lieu of customary remembrances, the family requests with gratitude that memorial contributions be directed to the fund that has been established at the funeral home.
