She was born in Madison, IL, the daughter of the late Michael and Tatiana, nee Charney, Kawula. She was married to the late Norman E. Mueller. He passed away January 16, 1992.Julia had retired from St. Elizabeth's Hospital, Belleville, IL, where she had worked as a licensed practical nurse. She was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, American Legion Post 581 Aux., Columbia, IL, and the Monroe County Home Extension.
