Mr. Garland is survived by his parents: Larry & Susan, nee Etling, Garland, his sister: Sarah Garland, his grandparents: Homer & Dorothy Etling, his aunts: Gwen Metternich, Dorothy Clement, Mary Traeger, & Cheryl Gordon, his uncles: Allen Garland, Cecil Garland, Bruce Garland, & Glen Garland. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives & friends. Memorials may be made to the Donor's Choice.
