He is survived by his daughters: Lindsay (Craig) Tatum of Dupo, IL. & Laura (Fiance: Mike) Schulte, his grandchild: Conner Tatum, his step-father: Albert Voelker of Columbia, IL., his step-brothers & step-sisters: Patty Huston, Robert Voelker, Kevin Voelker, & Don Voelker, his girlfriend: Rachel Belcher, he is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. Joseph was a parts manager for PRI in Dupo, IL. and he was a United States Army Veteran. Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
