Mr. Trodus was preceded in death by his parents:Peter & Josephine, nee Tomaszewski, Twardowski, his wife: Florine Louise Trodus, his daugther-in-law: Marti Trodus, & his granddaugther: Annette Michelle Pratt, his brothers: Anthony, Steve, Joseph, Frank, Leo, Charles, Joseph Adam, & John in infancy, and his sisters: Anna & Mary. Mr. Trodus is survived by his sons: Alan R. Trodus of Florissant, Mo., & John G. Trodus, his daughters: Karen (Sonny) Pratt of Dupo, IL., Debra (Billy) King of Waterloo, IL., & Pam (Skip) Edwards of Collinsville, IL., his grandchildren: Kendra & Michael Koonce, Tracy & Steve Diel, Candace & Jeff Biggs, Jonathan & Jenny Schlemmer, Toni & Brad Lankau, Alan James (Elizabeth) Trodus, Clifford Aldridge, Lisa Aldridge, Tina & Victoria Edwards, & Dennis Ryan Schlemmer, his great grandchildren: Taylor, Mallory, Micayla, Brayden, & Bryce Koonce, Joshua, Corey, Abigail, & Camden Biggs, Lillian Schlemmer, Samantha, Brenden, & Matthew Lankau, Nathan, Allison, Ethan, & Jordan Aldridge, and was expecting two more great grandchildren, his sister: Cecelia Kegel, also survived by other relatives & friends. Mr. Trodus was a WWII US Army veteran in Company C, 401st Engineer battalion where he achieved the rank of Tech 4. While in the infantry division he marched through Northern Africa, Italy, & Sicily. Memorials may be made to Southern Illinois Hospice or Donor's Choice.
