We would like to thank everyone who posted here and sent so many cards and emails with well wishes and condolences. Karen made my dad very happy and he had a good life and many people who loved him. He was a very charismatic person who was always full of life and he fought the good fight. Generous and kind and loving. He was so proud of his entire family and I am forever grateful for time spent with him and our family and the unconditional love he gave us and forever proud to call him my dad❤️

In the last conversation that I had with my Uncle I tried to explain the coronavirus and the pandemic. I think it is the only time I ended a conversation with him without a smile on my face.

Patrick Prader was a dear friend and great colleague on the Board of The Urological Research Foundation. He was always cheerful and fun to be with, and he demonstrated amazing perseverance and determination in his multiple encounters with cancer. My Uncle Pat, what can I say.... To me he was everything and more an Uncle could be. I know my Mom would be saying the same about him as her little brother. She was a proud big sister! He taught me a lot about life and was always someone I knew I could count on. He was a great friend to my late husband from everyday life to their golf trips and through Tim’s journey with cancer and eventual passing. A huge highlight of our families Christmas was he and Karen being with us for Christmas dinner. When they walked in the door it was like a race to see who could get to them to give them the first of many hugs. I feel so blessed that my children and grandchildren were able to get to know him. He will always live on in our hearts and in our endless memories. Uncle Pat, thank you for your unconditional love and for being not only my Uncle but a true friend. You will always be my hero! Love you forever and always!
