John R. Maynard, 87 of Cahokia, Ill., born September 5, 1928 in Wilson County, TN., passed away Sunday, March 13, 2016 at Four Fountains Convalescent Center in Belleville, Ill.
The family requests no flowers, please make memorials to the Donor's Choice.
Visitation will be on Monday, March 21, 2016 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Leesman Funeral Home in Dupo, Ill.
Memorial Service will be on Monday, March 21, 2016 at 7:00 p.m. at Leesman Funeral Home in Dupo, Ill., with Rev. Matt Friz, officiating.
At Mr. Maynard’s request, he was cremated.
