John "Jack" Levy's Obituary
John "Jack" Levy, 71 years, of Millstadt, Illinois, passed away on May 23, 2023 at Memorial Hospital, Belleville, Illinois. He was born September 14, 1951, in East Saint Louis, Illinois.
Surviving are his Father, Walter (Melva) Levy Sr., his wife, Jane Levy, and his sons, John Levy Jr., Christopher Levy, Matthew (Stephanie) Levy, Nathan Levy and his beloved brother-in-law, Marty Assmann. Papa Jack has six Grandchildren: Charles Levy, Scarlett Levy, Aurora Levy, Max Levy, Tucker Levy and Brooks Levy. He is also survived by his siblings Frans (Barb) Levy, Jr., Mark (Elizabeth) Levy, Alice (Jeff) McSorley, Ruth (Roger) Garrison and many other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his Mother, Melva Levy.
We would like to invite all family and friends to celebrate Jack's life at a memorial mass in his honor at Saint Michael's Catholic Church of Paderborn, IL, on Saturday, June 3rd at 10:30 a.m. with a luncheon following the mass.
