JoElla Turner-Huwer's Obituary
JoElla was preceded in death by her brother, Byron Turner. JoElla is survived by her husband of 38 years, Dale Huwer, her daughter, Rachel (Dan) Weir Millstadt, Ill., her parents, Jerry and Helen Margaret ôSkippyö Turner of Belleville, Ill., her sister, Jan (Doug) Bolar. She is also survived by very close aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends. JoElla was a special education instructional aide at MCCS in Millstadt, Ill. She was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Millstadt, Ill., and a member of a very loyal MCCS staff.
