Joe was preceded in death by his parents: Anthony and Irene, nee Dashney, Pfeffer, his son: Donald Pfeffer and brothers and sisters. He is survived by his wife of 67 years Hilda Pfeffer, nee Brellinger, his children: Carolyn (Lawrence) Patterson, Raymond (Pam) Pfeffer, Wayne (Pamela) Pfeffer and Glenn (Melody) Pfeffer. Daughter-in-law: Betty Pfeffer, sisters: Irene Mauck and Virginia Schaefer, grandchildren, great grandchildren, step grandchildren, step great grandchildren and also survived by other relatives and friends. Memorials may be made to: St. Jude Children's hospital, 501 St. Jude Pl., Memphis, TN. 38105.
