Mr. Landgraf was a retired Captain from the Columbia Police Dept., was also a past member of the Columbia Volunteer Frie Dept. & Columbia E.M.S. (past Director), Charter member of Fraternal Order of Police of Monroe County (1st President) , lifetime member of the IL Police Assoc., Police Pension Board, member of St. Paul U.C. of C., Columbia Booster Club, and had coached in the Columbia Khoury League and I.C.S. basketball program.
