Jeffrey D. Chester's Obituary
Jeffrey Dale Chester, 58 years old of Cahokia, IL, passed away on September 12, 2020 at his residence. He was born March 26, 1962, in St.. Louis, Mo.
Jeff owned Metro East Sewer. He enjoyed just being home with his dogs, taking car rides to visit with friends, and he also enjoyed karaoke. He loved spending time with his grand babies.
Surviving are his sons, Josh (Alicia) Chester & Jeffery Chester, his daughter, Amber (Joshua Rhoades) Schlemmer; his grandchildren, Zoe Chester, Makenna Chester, Colton Chester, Ajah Rhoades, Baby Rhoades, Kalli Reidthaler & Kinlee Chester; his brother, Charles Alvie (Dorothy) Chester Sr., his sisters, Frances S. (Curtis) Parsons & Donna (DJ) Flores, along with other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Ray H. Chester Sr. & Mary Rose, nee Pratt, Chester. His sister, Melinda Kay Blakely, Raymond H. Chester Jr., his brothers, James A. Jones and Richard E. Chester.
Memorial visitation will be held on Saturday, September 26, 2020 from 12-3 pm at Leesman Funeral Home in Dupo. Memorial Services will begin at 3:00 pm at the funeral home.
Adhering to the CDC guidelines, no more than 25 people will be allowed in the funeral home at one time, masks must be worn, and social distancing should be practiced.
