Thoughts and Prayers to your family during this difficult time. I was helping Jean with her research for her PhD at a school in rural Red Bud. I knew how much she wanted to complete her PhD. Mrs. Eckert was always a delight to be around and to work with. She had such passion for education and students, which I admire.

I'm really going to miss you Aunt Jean. You were an inspiration to other women who showed us that we are able and capable of being awesome in this world. Thank you for your love, words of encouragement and words of wisdom. You can finally rest young lady because I know you never did while you were on this earth. The busiest bee I have ever seen.
