James William Menke's Obituary
James was preceded in death by his parents, William and Edith, nee Robert, Menke and his brother, Alvin Menke. James is survived by his wife of 49 years Anita Menke, nee Grahlerr, his son, Richard Menke, his two daughters, Sandra Menke (friend Mike Evans) and Karen (David) Batts, his granddaughter, Olivia Batts, his step-grandson, Jeremy Batts, his step great granddaughter, Eleanor Weygandt, his brother, Marvin (Cara) Menke and his sister, Joyce Kettler. He is also survived by other relatives and friends. James was retired from Kerry Ingredients with 34 years of service. He was a member of St. James Catholic Church in Millstadt, Ill. Union Local 4, James loved the outdoors, walking, riding his bike and spending time with his granddaughter Olivia Batts . Jams also loved watching St. Louis Cardinals baseball. In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the family.
