James Michael "Mike" Kirby's Obituary
Waterloo- James Michael “Mike” Kirby, 69, of Waterloo, formerly of Millstadt, passed away at 10:37 AM, Tuesday, August 31, 2021, at St. Clare Hospital in Fenton, MO.
Mike was born on February 15, 1952, in East St. Louis, IL to Artel and Margaret (Hannigan) Kirby. He married Sandra in 1972 and she preceded him in death in 2018.
He was retired from Ameren Electric and was a Building Services Supervisor for twenty years. In his spare time, he enjoyed shooting guns and was a member of the St. Louis Corvette Club.
Survivors include his son- Christopher “Chris” Kirby and wife Cheryl of Millstadt and grandson Cameron Kirby. He was preceded in death by his parents and wife.
He will be cremated and private family services will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Leesman Funeral Home in Millstadt.
