James L. Juengling's Obituary
James Juengling was born in East St. Louis, IL, son of the late Fred A. and Mildred A. (Greatting) Juengling. He was a past 25 yr. member of the Columbia Volunteer Fire Dept., a past patrolman and Police Chief with 9 yrs.service for the City of Columbia, IL, a past 50 yr. member of the Columbia Gymnastic Association, and had retired as a driver with Churchill Freight, St. Louis, MO. He was also a past U.S. Navy Reservist.. He was the husband of Iona (Gummersheimer) Juengling, who survives him. They were married in Columbia, IL on July 31, 1954.
