Jake "J.L." Jatho Jr., 90 yrs., of Columbia, IL, passed away at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Belleville, IL. He was born in Murphysboro, IL, the son of the late Jacob and Thelma, nee Griffin, Jatho. He was married to Selma, nee Barringer, Jatho, who survives him. They were married on July 31, 1954, in Murphysboro, IL.
J.L. was retired from Lewin Book Binding, St. Louis, MO. and was member of the Graphics Art Union. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, archery, and especially his family. He had served in the U.S. Navy and was a veteran of World War II.
