Jackie is survived by her daughters: Joyce A.(John) Turnbull of Florissant, MO., Barbara J. (John) Rickman of Hillsboro, MO., Carolyn C. Crowell of East Carondelet, IL., & Elizabeth A. Pugh of Cahokia, IL., her grandchildren: John Turnbull Jr., Ann (Chris) Haney, Jason (Angela) Phillips, Matthew (Sherri) Pugh, Jessica Pugh, & Mike (Patty) Rickman, her great grandchildren: Nicholas Turnbull, Dylan Harmon, Alexis Haney, Emily Haney, Abigail, Mia, & Ian Phillips, Morgan & Damian Rickman, Daniel Pugh, Mattilee Pugh, & Logan Lauritzen, she is also survived by other relatives and friends. Memorials may be made to American Heart Association or Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Dupo, IL.
