She was preceded in death by her father William Freppon,and her mother Pearl (nee Bieber) Freppon Jackie is survived by her husband David W. Horn of Oklahoma City, sisters Billie (Chuck) Kuni of Belleville, IL, Rose Soji Falana of Valmeyer, IL., Paula (Bill) Melican of Wartburg, IL; Brothers Larry (Alice) Freppon of Belleville, IL, David Freppon of Burksville, IL, Douglas (Vera) Freppon of Rolla, MO, Danny Freppon of Dupo, IL and Grandson Zachary Melican of Wartburg, IL. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and family members. Jackie was a retired groundskeeper for the State of Missouri at Jefferson Barracks Air National Guard Station. At Jackie's request, cremation will follow the services.
