Irene is survived by her husband: Louis "Jerry" Baltz of Millstadt, IL., her daughter: Thea (James) Jestes of Millstadt, IL., her son: Colin (Joy) Baltz of Millstadt, IL., her grandchildren: Shelby Jestes, Conor & Maggie Baltz, her aunt: Mabel Otten, her niece: Dara Clobes, her nephew: Marty Divers, she is also survived by other relatives & friends. Memorials may be made to Hospice of Southern Illinois, Zion Evangelical Church in Millstadt, IL., or First United Presbyterian Church in Belleville, IL.
