Mrs. Sullivan was preceded in death by her husband of 48 years Ray E. Sullivan, her parents: Charles and Floy Green, a brother: Prentice Green and a dear friend: Dorothy Crouch. Mrs. Sullivan is survived by her children: Rhonda (Jerry) Kaminski of Waterloo, IL., Lisa Sullivan of East Carondelet, IL., Mike (Dee) Sullivan of East Carondelet, IL., Randy Sullivan of East Carondelet, IL. and Cindy Jerashen of Waterloo, IL. 9 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild, brother: Joe Green of Fairview Heights, IL. sisters: Hilda Ramage of Dupo, IL. and Mary (Elmer) Scott of Fairview Heights, IL.
