Harvey E. Weilbacher , 85 yrs., of Columbia, IL, passed away at Barnes Jewish Medical Center, St. Louis, MO. He was born in Columbia, IL, the son of the late Richard and Frances (Herrmann) Weilbacher. He had retired from Bussen Quarry, St. Louis County, MO, where he had been a Plant Engineer, and had been a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus Council 6165 - 3rd Degree (60 year member), and Local 513 - Operating Engineers for over 40 years. He was married to the late Bernice (Helfrich) Weilbacher. They were married on January 29, 1949. She had passed away April 23, 1997.
