Harry John Foster Jr.'s Obituary
Harry was preceded in death by his parents: Harry and Philona, nee Kemp, Foster Sr., his sister: Jane Shireman and his son-in-law: Paul R. Ezzell Sr. Surviving are his wife Bette, nee Matlock, Foster whom he married 64 years ago on November 1, 1946 at Christ United Church of Christ in Dupo, IL., his three children: Kathy (Tim) Green of Waterloo, IL., Kerry (Vicki) Foster of Dupo, IL., and Kimberly (Ed) Cassady of Cahokia, IL., four grandsons: Rusty (Lisa), Kelly (Lee Ann), Travis (Jessie) and Kirk (Chuck), five great grandsons: Brandon, Kendall, Timothy, Ben and Jake, and two great great grandsons: Collin and Chase. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and many friends. Harry retired 25 years ago from Operating Engineers Local 520 after 40 years of service. He was a faithful member of Christ United Church of Christ in Dupo, IL., he was also a member of Columbia Masonic Lodge 474 A.F. & A.M., Ainad Shrine, IOOF Mississippi Valley Chapter 1009 and he was a past trustee of the Dupo Fire Protection District. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Christ United Church of Christ in Dupo, IL., or Shriner's Hospital.
