Harold was preceded in death by his parents: William Warren and Juanita Thelma, nee Tourville, Barber, his former wife: Shirley Jean, nee Anderson, Barber, his children: Janet Ann Barber, Sharon Rose Barber and Robert Clark Barber, step-daughters: Sandra Kay Dunn and Debra Ann Burgoon, his brothers: William John Barber, Edward Lewis Barber and Ralph Harold Barber, brothers-in-law: William Edwin Seacord and Thomas Anthony Garbuio-Gardner. He is survived by his children: Harold Lee Barber Jr., William Fred (Tina) Barber, Tammy Lea Moad, David Keith (Stephanie) Barber and step-daughter: Mary Alice Bullion. His grandchildren: Zacharey Paul Barber, Marissah Kay Barber, Daniel Joseph Woodard, Brittani Deann Joyce Barber, Avenue Nicole Barber, step-grandchildren: Daniel Rogers, Mark Rogers, Rachel (Rick) Flores, Tyler Bullion and great step-grandchild: Mia Flores. His siblings: Evelyn Virginia Seacord, Louis Thomas (Donna) Barber, Beverly Jean Garbuio-Gardner, Ida May (Donald) Naumann, Robert Clark Barber, Byron James (Lorilee)Barber, Janet Marie (George) Stram and Judith Ann (Clyde) Butler, sisters-in-law: Sophie Barber and Pamela Barber. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews. Harold was a retired plasterer and served in the United States Army in WW II and the Republic of Korea. He fought many battles in Korea but was fortunate to return with no injuries. He was very proud of his servies to the nation and earned many decorations, medals and commendations. Harold was an active member of the Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 6368 and the American Legion Post 485 both in Dupo, IL. Memorials may be made to Unity Hospice of Greater St. Louis or the American Cancer Society.
