Blaylock, his parents: Harold George & Lula Adaline, nee Bollinger, Blaylock Sr., his brothers: Elliot & Charles Blaylock, and his daughter: Judy A. Koch. Harold is survived by his children: Janyce L. (Phil) Thurston of North Dupo, IL., Jerry E. (Geraldine) Trammell of Weatherford, TX., Mary Lou Smith of Animas, NM., and David Wayne Janzen of Animas, NM., his brothers: Ted Blaylock of Arizona & Thomas Blaylock of Columbia, IL., his sister: Lucy June Nickerson of Kentucky, his sister-in-law: Phyllis Blaylock of Caseyville, IL., he is also survived by 12 Grandchildren, 26 Great Grandchildren, 2 great great grandchildren, other relatives & friends. Harold was a WWII Army Veteran. Memorials may be made to Shriner's Hospital for Crippled Children.
