Gregory N. Stein's Obituary
Gregory N. Stein, 59 years, of Dupo, Illinois, passed away on July 1st, 2024 in Dupo, Illinois. He was born as a triplet with Brad and Sherry on June 9th, 1965 in East St. Louis, Illinois to August and Doris (Smith) Stein.
He loved hunting, camping, and fishing, and especially loved being at the lake. Greg also enjoyed motorcycle riding, cooking breakfast for his family, and spending time with friends.
Surviving are his daughters, Danielle Stein and Tiffany Skinner, son, Chad (Lisa) Stein, grandchildren: Ashton, London, and August Stein, Van Cooper, Dakota Vaughn, Bronson, Jillian, and Mason Skinner, Rilynn, Liam, and Hayley Davidson, significant other, Tonya Davidson, her children: Steven Davidson, Michael (Katie) Davidson, and Ryan (Tracy) Davidson, siblings, Brad (Linda) Stein and Cheryl (Brian) Reeves, beloved dogs, Lexi and Lucky, along with other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, August and Doris Stein, sister, Sherry Carner, brother, Joe Stein, and nephews, Joey Stein and DJ Stein.
Visitation will be Tuesday, July 9th, 2024 from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm at Leesman Funeral Home in Dupo, Illinois. Services will be held Tuesday, July 9th, 2024 at 6:00 pm at Leesman Funeral Home in Dupo, Illinois, with Lavie Kaya officiating.
In lieu of customary remembrances, the family requests with gratitude that memorial contributions be directed to the American Heart Association, 460 N. Lindbergh Blvd., St. Louis, MO 63141.
