Gregory Joseph Elfrink's Obituary
Gregory Joseph Elfrink, 62 of Dupo, Ill., Born, December 8, 1952 in St. Louis, MO., passed away, Friday, July 17, 2015 at his residence.
Gregory was a member of the Teamsters Local 600. He had just retired as the maintenance man at Bellefontaine Place in Waterloo, Ill. He was also a United States Navy Veteran.
Gregory was preceded in death by his parents, Isidore and Rosalia, nee Tenholder, Elfrink.
He is survived by his wife, Rhonda Elfrink, nee Strayhorn, his children, Jason (Pauline) Elfrink and Michelle (John) Coleman, his step children, Katie (Allen) Thomas, Shanna Loy and Brianna Loy (fiancé: Levi Jerome), his grandchildren, Taylor, Ellie, Clayton, Isabella, Joshua, Caleb, Evan, Joslyn and Aubry, his brothers and sisters, Stephen (Deb) Elfrink, Diane (Bob) Lanter, Paulette Roberg, Jim (Vandora) Elfrink, Don (Anne) Elfrink, Chris (Brenda) Elfrink, John (Marcie) Elfrink and Andy (Rachel) Elfrink. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
Memorials may be made to the charity of the donor’s choice.
Visitation: Friends may call on Monday, July 20, 2015 from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Dashner-Leesman Funeral Home in Dupo, Ill., the rosary will be said at 8:00 p.m. to conclude the visitation.
Funeral Service: None, Gregory will be cremated following the visitation.
Inurnment with military honors will be at a later date at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in Mehlville, MO.
