Mr. Dolph was preceded in death by his parents: Lloyd & Maude Elizabeth, nee Chizer, Dolph, his brothers: Paul, Kenny, & Eugene, and his sister: Evelyn. He is survived by his sons: Terry, Bobby, & Randy, his daughters: Debbie & Robyn, his is also survived by 2 brothers, 2 sisters, 22 grandchildren, & 31 great grandchildren, and other relatives & friends. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Southern Illinois for Hospice House.
