Many of us will miss this kind and gentle woman. Mrs. beiermann served the hungry over many years at Immaculate Conception and was always willing to lend both an ear and a hand. She taught many cooks important lessons. She had a wonderful way of getting children to eat the beans in chilli. She had a smile and a warm greeting for everyone. We are all better for having known "Gert" beiermann.
