Gerold L. "Jerry" Byrd, 80 yrs., of Columbia, IL, passed away at Green Park Nursing Home, St. Louis, MO. He was born in Cahokia, IL, the son of the late Warren and Mildred, nee Sims, Byrd. Jerry was a member of Church of Christ, Cahokia, IL. He had retired from Darling Delaware, National Stock Yards, IL. He was married to Charlene, nee McEntire, Byrd, who survives him. They were married on February 6, 1955, in Cahokia, IL.
