Mrs. Phelps was preceded in death by her husband: Clinton Otto Phelps & her parents: Sylvester & Geneva, nee Kunkel, Schlemmer. She is survived by her children: Allen (Fiance: Beth Muller) Phelps of East Carondelet, IL. & Dennis (Elizabeth) Phelps of Waterloo, IL. and her grandchildren: Adam Phelps, Aaron Phelps & Josh Kennon. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives & friends. Mrs. Phelps was a homemaker and loved playing bingo. Memorials may be made to Hospice of the Donor's Choice.
