Mr. Riedel was retired from civil service as a computer analyst in St. Louis, MO and had also worked at Metter's Industries. He was a member of the 4th Degree Knights of Columbus Council #6996, American Legion Post #58, and had served in the Air Force as well as the Missouri Air National Guard.
