Pat was preceded in death by his 1st wife: Bettie Cox, nee Spicer, his 2nd wife: Leona Cox, nee Armstrong, his parents: Claude & Bessie Mae, nee Collier, Cox, his brother: Gene Cox, & his sister: Colleen Leavitt. Pat is survived by his son: Doug Hankammer of Dupo, IL., his daughter: Paula (Ken) Kelsey of St. Louis, MO., his grandchildren: Jason Kelsey, Tyler Kelsey, Clayton Hankammer, & Molly Hankammer, his sister: Doris (Robert) Kohlenberger, he is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives & many friends. Pat was a US Navy Veteran. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Hospice of Southern Illinois.
