I'll miss my beloved aunt, and sure am grateful that she and uncle Bill carried me home unconcious after I fell through the 2nd floor of their new house and bumped my head about 50 years ago. I hope they can still chukle a little about that.
I wish to reach out to all of my mother and cousins and their families in this time of loss. Death is certainly an enemy to all of us. (1 Corinthians 15:26) I just want to say that Aunt Genny and uncle Bill were like a second mother and father to me while growing up. It was a much simpler time filled with simple pleasures of which I have fond memories. I guess that's why you never heard a complaint from Genny, she loved life for what it was and accepted what it brought. We will all miss her pleasant smile of contentment.
Our loss of her is something we have to deal with for now until pain and death will be no more. (Revelation 21:4)
