Geneva H. Pflasterer's Obituary
Geneva H. Pflasterer, 98 yrs., of Columbia, IL, passed away at St. Luke's Hospital, Chesterfield, MO. She was born in Merrimac, IL, the daughter of the late Emil and Leonora, nee Hartman, Stumpf.
Geneva was an elementary school educator, who retired after 24 yrs. of service. She was a past president of the Columbia Senior Citizens, an active member of the Monroe County Retired Teachers Association, member of the Columbia Women's Club, and a charter member of Christ Community Lutheran Church, Columbia, IL.
She was married to the late Willis Pflasterer. They were married on August 9, 1943, in Nashville, TN. He passed away January 13, 1996.
