Gene D. Warren, 76 years of Red Bud, IL, passed away on Tuesday, March 23, 2021 at his residence. He was born April 12, 1944, in Red Bud, IL.
Gene was a retired Electrician having worked for the Trane Company.
Surviving are his son, Michael (Sarah) Warren, his grandchildren, Chase Gerken, Hunter Gerken and Derrick Warren, his brother, Ronnie Warren, his sister, JoAnn Warren, along with other relatives and friends.
He was preceded in death by his daughter, Susan Gerken, his parents, Allen F. and Edna A., nee Wilkening, Warren, his sisters, Joyce Sullivan and Iona Burgdorf and his brothers, Terry Warren and Richard Warren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 31, 2021, 10:00 am - 11:00 am, at Leesman Funeral Home in Red Bud, IL. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday March 31, 2021, at Leesman Funeral Home in Red Bud, IL., with Rev. Mark Nebel officiating. Interment will follow in the St. John's Lutheran Cemetery, Red Bud, IL.
