Gary Wayne Kirk's Obituary
Gary Kirk, 65 yrs., of Cassville, MO, and formerly of Columbia, IL, passed away on November 9, 2011. He was born in Midway, IN, the son of the late Samuel and Elsie (VanWinkle) Kirk. Gary received his education in Chrisney, IN, where he graduated from high school. During the Vietnam War he served in the United States Army and then the Missouri National Guard. For seventeen years Gary resided in Missouri and Illinois, traveling back and forth spending quality time with his family. He was employed for Chrysler in the Maintenance Department, retiring November 30, 2001. SurvivorsOn November 8, 1969, he was united in marriage to Betty Byers and to this union two children were born. Surviving are his two children, Brian Kirk and his wife, Kristi of Cassville, MO, and Kimberly Clark and her husband, Joe of Columbia, IL; three brothers, Dewey Kirk and his wife, Connie of Jasper, IN, Robert Kirk and his wife, Karen of Columbia, IL, and Terry Kirk and his wife, Yvette of Crestview, FL and four grandchildren, Garrett Kirk, Gabe Kirk, Hunter Clark and Cail Clark, along with other relatives and friends.
