Mr. Dollins is survived by his ex-wife: Patsy Dollins, his daughter: Mary (Rob) Carner, his son: Franklin (Butch) Dollins Jr., his son: John (Becky) Eldrige, his sister: Mary (Orval) Conigliaro, his 11 grandchildren: Dawn (Mickey) Godare, Amanda (Joe) Bivins, Patricia Godare, Jacob Carner, Meghan (Marvin) Carner, Christopher Carner, Ryan Gloeckner, Joshua Dollins, Brandon Dollins, Tyler Eldrige, Erin Eldrige, his 2 great grandchildren: Sierra Godare & Caitlynn Bivins, and other relatives and many close friends. Mr. Dollins was a US Navy Veteran. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family for funeral expenses.
