Frank was preceded in death by his parents: Frank Robert and Mildred Louise, nee Childers, Goodwin Sr. and his son: Christopher Michael Goodwin. He is survived by his two daughters: Mandy Goodwin and Faith Duggan, his two sisters: Sheila (Donald) Ellis and Theresa Hunt and a nephew: Sean Hunt. Frank worked as a captain for various barge line companies. He was a member of VFW Post 6368 in Dupo, IL. and he was a United States Navy Veteran. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
