Frank Leslie Parsons, 95 yrs., of Columbia, IL, passed away at Altenheim of St. Louis, St. Louis, MO. He was born in Hoxie, AR, the son of the late John and Carrie, nee Watson, Parsons.Frank was retired from the Alton Southern Railroad where he had worked as a scheduling clerk. He had served as a Sergeant in the Army Air Corps and was a Veteran of WW II, was a member of American Legion Post 581, Columbia, IL, as well as the NRA.He was married to the late Anna, nee Palmisano, Parsons. They were married on September 4, 1943, in Arkansas. she had passed away August 29, 2007.
