Frank is survived by his children: Nancy (Robert) Prather of Stetson, ME., Deborah Taff of St. George, UT., Denise (Dale) Orr of Columbia, IL., Neil (Terri) Phelps of House Springs, MO., & Jeff (Robin) Phelps of Columbia, IL., his grandchildren: Josh & Barb Prather, Derrick & Mandy Lindsey, Matthew Middleton, Sam & Nikki Orr, Matt & Jamie Regensburger, Brian Phelps, Cody Phelps, & Chad Phelps, he is also survived by 8 great grandchildren, other relatives & friends. Frank was a United States Merchant Marines & Army veteran. Memorials may be made to Christ United Church of Christ in Dupo, IL.
