OBITUARY
Frances Waters
Frances Ann Waters, nee Vandevoir, 85 years old of Red Bud, IL., passed away on Wednesday, March 21, 2018 at St. Anthony's Medical Center in St. Louis, MO. She was born July 19, 1932 in Terre Haute, IN.
She was a farmers wife, ran a hobby shop and did silk flowers for weddings.
Surviving are her Husband, William Waters, whom she married July 22, 1951, her Son, Vance Waters; her Two Daughters, Julene (Daniel) Trost & Rebecca (Lee) Scherzer; her Four Grandchildren, Chad Daniel (Jennifer) Trost, Anthony Matthew (Amy) Trost, Dale Scherzer & Betsy Scherzer; her Eight Great-Grandchildren, Caleb, Mackenzie, Simon & Reagen Trost, Dominic, Kaylie, Olivia & Madison Trost, along with other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Fronce Desoto & Anna Louis, nee Stevenson Vandevoir.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, March 29, 2018 from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. at Faith Baptist Church, 405 E. Main St., Belleville, IL., 62220.
Memorial Services will be held on Thursday, March 29, 2018 at 7:00 p.m. at Faith Baptist Church, 405 E. Main St., Belleville, IL., 62220, there will be a dinner and time of fellowship immediately following the service.
