Frances M. Mann's Obituary
Frances M. Mann, nee Mehrtens, 71 of Waterloo, Ill., born October 29, 1945 in East St. Louis, Ill., passed away Monday, December 19, 2016 at Oak Hill in Waterloo, Ill.
Frances was a homemaker. She was a member of Zion Evangelical Church in Millstadt, Ill.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Otto & Helen, nee Brookshire, Mehrtens, her brother, Robert Mehrtens and her sister, Beverly Steinquist.
She is survived by her brother Ray Mehrtens, her brother-in-law, Ronald Steinquist and other relatives and friends.
Frances’ family would like to thank Rebecca and her staff at Oak Hill for their loving care they have given to her the past several years.
Memorials may be made to the donor’s choice.
Visitation will be on Tuesday, December 27, 2016 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at Leesman Funeral Home in Millstadt, Ill.
Funeral Services will be on Tuesday, December 27, 2016 at 11:00 a.m. at Leesman Funeral Home in Millstadt, Ill., with Rev. Darrell Weber, officiating.
Inurnment will be in Mount Evergreen Cemetery in Millstadt, Ill.
