Frances G. Hubbs' Obituary
Frances G. (Fox) Hubbs, 86, of Columbia, IL, passed away on Monday, May 31, 2010. She was born in Brockville, Ontario, Canada, the daughter of the late Ernest and Pretoria (Mates) Fox. She was married to the late Vernon U. Hubbs. They were married on Nov. 6, 1941, at Trinity Angelican Church in Brockville, Ontario, Canada. He had passed away on March 25, 1976. At the conclusion of World War II, Mrs. Hubbs moved with her husband and daughter to East St. Louis, IL. Mrs. Hubbs enjoyed caring for her pets, knitting, quilting, ice skating and traveling.
