Frances was preceded in death by her husband: Joseph Heil, her parents: Frank & Agnes, nee Fosseil, Bendl, her son: Joe Heil, her daughter: Dorothy Courch, her sisters: Theresa Phodrasky, & Gisella Carillo, and brothers & sisters in Austria. Frances is survived by her grandchildren: James Crouch, Nancy Rhyne, Becky (Bruce) Watterson, & Michael (Jane) Heil, her great grandchildren: Jim Rhyne, Jake Lawson, Jessy Lawson, & Kathryn Heil, she is also survived by her son-in-law & daughter-in-law, other relatives & friends. Memorials may be made to Sacred Heart Catholic Church Women's Club.
