Forest Evelyn Laufer, nee Crain 101 years old of Valley Park, MO, passed away on Wednesday, September 12, 2018 at her residence. She was born March 11, 1917, in Ava, IL.
Surviving are her Son, Wayne Lee (Gayle) Laufer of Sanibel, FL., her Daughter, Jo Anne (Phil) McCullough of Fenton, MO; her Grandchildren, Bradley (Karen) Laufer of Tucson, AZ., Brandie (Christian) Ettinger of Portland, OR., Joy (Matt) Lapides of Crestwood, MO., & Daniel (Heather) McCullough of Aurora, CO; her Great-Grandchildren, Aydan Laufer of Tucson, AZ., Julian Ettinger of Portland, OR., Evelyn Ettinger of Portland, OR. & Emma Lapides of Crestwood, MO; along with other relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her Husband, William "Bill" Daniel Laufer and her Parents, Zardia & Anna, nee Ditzler, Crain.
Graveside services will be held on Saturday, October 20, 2018 at Mount Evergreen Cemetery in Millstadt, IL.
Memorials may be made to the Friends of the Millstadt Water Tower or the Alzheimer's Association.
