Eugene Courtney's Obituary
Eugene Courtney, 89 yrs., of Columbia, IL. He was born in Beulah, KY, the son of the late Eden and Mogale (Anderson) Courtney. He was a retired civil servant from the U.S. Postal Service, and had been a member of The First Baptist Church, Columbia, IL. He served in the U.S. Army Air Corps and was a Veteran of World War II. He was married to Betty (Tilton) Skipper Courtney, who survives him. They were married on February 14, 1995, at St. Louis, MO.
