Ethel is survived by her daughter: Donna (Reynaldo) Betancourt of Herrin, IL., her sister: Dorothy Meyer of Millstadt, IL., her grandchildren: Michelle & Marc Betancourt, she is also survived by other relatives & friends. Memorials may be made to the Donor's Choice.
