She was born in Maryville, IL, the daughter of the late Louis and Frances (Reschak) Casper. Elsie was a member of Ss. Peter & Paul Catholic Church, Waterloo, IL. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. Her family was her passion. She was married to the late William M. Wrobel. They were married on January 20, 1945, in East St. Louis, IL.
